End-User License Agreement (Terms of Use)

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Commander Concrete Foreman System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This System is operated by Commander Concrete LLC for internal business use.


Authorized Use

The System is intended for use by authorized Commander Concrete employees and contractors only. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the System for legitimate business purposes related to Commander Concrete operations.


User Responsibilities

As a user of this System, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Protect your login credentials and not share them with unauthorized persons
  • Use the System only for its intended business purposes
  • Report any security concerns or unauthorized access immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations


Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Access the System for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the System
  • Interfere with or disrupt the System's operation
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the System without authorization
  • Use the System to transmit harmful code or malware


QuickBooks Integration

The System integrates with QuickBooks Online for financial data synchronization. By using this integration, you authorize the System to access and sync data between the System and your connected QuickBooks account. You may disconnect this integration at any time through the System settings.


Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate data, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information entered into and retrieved from the System. Commander Concrete LLC is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data entry.


Intellectual Property

The System and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Commander Concrete LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the System will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.


Limitation of Liability

Commander Concrete LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the System.


Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the System at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
